Initiate Your Request
Log into your mDrive account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Ensure the electronic device is factory reset, removed from all personal cloud accounts, and securely packed in its original packaging with all accessories.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
